It's like walking into to the village Post office. (We who have lived here in Port Kembla most of our lives see & refer to as a village) Service always with a smile.

OMG one of the worst post office. I usually don’t go to this particular post office but was in town and decided to send the parcel but worst experience. Waited 10 minutes to get to counter & when was on window, lady gave me a piece of paper to fill and come back, I did fill it up and approached the window but she told me to go back again in line and wait for my turn again which turned out to be another 15 minutes.That was no greeting and hello from lady.Stay away from this one. Post office should take notice of this shop.

Every time the old man is working he has some kind of issue with finding my package and then makes an excuse about why it was my fault he couldn't find it. Nobody else who works there ever has any issues. They really need to fire him.
