I have used JJ Kerr's for Aircon Servicing, Warranty Claims and purchasing of new white goods. Warranty claims are never smooth, however, JJ Kerr's are responsive and reasonable. I have found their prices comparable to other companies for both sales and service. Would recommend.

We went to see these guys yesterday needed a new fridge. Excellent service and prices. We were there at 11 the new fridge was delivered and set up within 3 hours. I have dealt with JJ kerrs on a few occasions and every time the girls have been incredibly helpful over the phone. The service has been exceptional and prompt. I was also impressed with their technician’s knowledge and efficiency he asked a few questions over the phone and showed up with the right parts. Would also recommend getting them for aircon installs, great prices and quality work.

I for one was shocked by how efficiently and promptly the service for my aircon was done . Great communication start to finish and wonderful staff were kind and accommodating to my questions. I stumbled over J. J. Kerr's one Saturday morning when my computer 'fried' and the place I had purchased it and had it serviced before was closed, and I am very pleased that I did find them. They were amazing! I was contacted hours before I expected to be, the problem was explained fully and I was given a number of different options without being pushed in any direction. I made my choice and was given regular updates as to progress and what was going on, and they followed up after I took the computer home to make sure I was able to set it up properly. I rate them very highly and would certainly recommend them and won't hesitate to return to them again. Well done, in particular Adam, who was very clear in his explanations and thoughtful in his communications.

I would avoid this company like the plague after my recent experience. I thanked Trevor for calling me back on this but I have a hard time giving them even one star. $429 dollars later for a $120 call out fee, new refrigerator seals and $60 labour I ended up with a broken shelf at the end of the deal. Their best response was that I must of broken it before the technician replaced both cabinet seals. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. It was broken when the new seals were put in. Their best response was that the technician was telling the truth and I wasn't and that to resolve the issue I could buy a replacement shelf from them at trade price. I would never recommend this business or use them again. Thanks for the response from the owners. Called the company to leave my contact details and to date no call back. Doesn't sounds like they are really interested in making this situation right.

Fantastic service provided by Joe - from the short description that I gave when booking the service, Joe turned up with the right part and installed it. Took 9 minutes. The part (electronic control board) $280 is the same price it costs from Westinghouse so happy about that too. All up $430. Very happy customer.
