We called them to arrange an inspection time and they confirmed with us Saturday afternoon is available with extra call out. But they didn't show up at that time. We called them many times and he answered our call finally but he still didn't show up. When we called them again, they never answered our phone calls.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. They wanted to charge $3200 + GST to install a hot water system and clear out a kitchen sink. We managed to install the same Rinnai hot water system for $1250 after rebate the next day.
