Have been coming here on and off for the last 5 years and it is my #1 Italian restaurant in Brisbane. However after making a booking Sunday night for 7pm with 2 confirmation texts as well via their online system, I arrive to find they have no record of a few bookings and couldn't help me unless I was prepared to wait maybe 10 minutes maybe an hour because there were other people in the same boat. The issue I have is that there should have been a priority given to those of us who booked and had proof yet I doubt the system conveniently overbooked them but either way, there was no attempt to offer any of us any sort of compensation in the future or to make us feel better (by us I mean the 3 other sets of guests waiting too) and because it's valentines day, it was next to impossible to find something. On the bright side KFC didn't reject us lol. Tbh it was just more the embarrassment of being told you didn't exist so I hope they contact us to make it up. Their food is normally amazing too so it's a shame.

Very poor service. Phoned up to order 5 pizzas, was told had to do an online order, did an online order within 10 mins, and they then cancelled the order because they were too busy. Very unhappy customer as not only wasted time but we'll now get charged credit card exchange rate conversion fees that wont get refunded.

Honestly amazing food, well done to the chef. From the cooking to the ingredients very bite was perfect the atmosphere is calming and refreshing compared to the busy city. The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive. Natalia was such a lovely waiter would recommend for your next dinner date.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!everything from beginning to end was wonderful. The caprese salad was delicious, the side of pesto was perfect, and the pizza was WOW!Great wine, super nice staff, absolutely great. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful little Italian place tucked away in the heart of the valley. Me and my dad had such a great time, great food and amazing service! They came to check in on us every now and then with the kindest (non threatening) check ins! Would recommend if you want to try a new Italian place!

Came here for Valentine's Day. They were extremely busy and food came out very slowly. The antipasto and pizza were good however, the Italian carbonara was not. The eggs in the carbonara were visibly scrambled and did not meet my expectations. Hopefully the food is better when they aren't as busy.

Authentic Italian place with yummy pastas and bread. Who I assume to be the manager/owner was so sweet, coming to check on us periodically and offering extras such as chilli. Great local!
