Great range of items and value for money.Good price on tobacco products compared to other retailers.The ladies that work there are lovely but I’ve rarely had a good experience with any bloke that has worked there.It’s extremely frustrating when the male staff have the music turned up so loud that you literally have to yell over the music to tell them what you are after. I have complained about this before and been told they’re just showing “sampling” of the products they sell (the big speakers). Surely you can sample the product without people being able to hear it from the other end of the shopping centre.Also not a good look when you overhear them complaining to a customer (another centre staff member) about their new manager. They don’t seem to understand that they are representing a business.

The woman here is absolutely feral, snapped at me after waiting for 5 minutes then calling out for some assistance.

The staff at Smokemart Allenstown are wonderful. Always greet me with a smile and are extremely helpful when inquiring about a product.With Kass at the helm she runs a very professional ship. She also has good rapour with her staff. I love popping in to this store. When the store is very busy, which it is on many occasions,I have noticed all customers get the same professional experience.
