Hawthorn Chemist ware House = Rude staff.I went to get certified my copies and unfortunately I haven’t had a CHANGE with me for Donations. One of the Staff member said No donation = We will not certified your copy.I Always bought stuff from them and will not to go there in future.

From every visit I’ve had Staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s always easier to ask where things are and staff have always been available to assist.Shelves aren’t always well stocked, often find myself reaching to the end of a row.Product range is just like any other Chemist Warehouse with prescriptions always available.Not much parking available so can be cumbersome.

My favourite chemistt! The pharmacists are a pleasure to deal with, very kind people. All the staff on the floor and registers are friendly, professional and helpful. I've never had a problem.If you plan to submit your prescriptions to be easily refilled with the app, I recommend this location. I've had 100% accuracy and pleasant interactions over several years.

Just been for an interview and the manager told me directly that I'm not suitable, she asked basically some questions about my working experience already stated on my resume, nothing else! How she could find out if I'm suitable or not?! If My resume was not suitable why she contacted me to come in?! If she already found someone better than me. So rude! I am very very upset.

Worst customer service experience. No one was there to help. Group of girls attendant specially representative naming “Portia” were so rude.Store manager should hire some good staff who can help customers instead of hiring people who are rude and full of attitude.They are getting paid out of what we spend.Out of 10 comments below 8 % people are complaining about staff being rude.Store managers should look into this matter and hire some friendly and helpful staff. Having knowledge about the products is not enough at work place ,first priority should be excellent customer service and support . Anyone can give advice about the products further customers are smart they know what they are buying and looking where your staff should know how to behave appropriately while serving.“No greetings. No help. Too rude to be rude”Even customers can be rude back so better hire good representatives and help serving good in the society.

Purchase same brand and same amount of items from other chemist warehouse outlets and been given the GWP following the website promotions but not from Glenferri road outlets. The staff even didn’t aware the promotion.Can’t return the purchase even before hand it to me and left disappointing and without GWP.Why the Glenferri road chemist warehouse store management keeps up with the staff training and stock/GWP update ??Terrible service and management skills.

Awful bordering on illegal service. I purchased a product with a money back guarantee and returned it within days however, was told that despite it not having a feature even the manual says it should have (which is a big reason why I made the purchase) that it isn't a major fault and that if I want a refund I will need to contact the manufacturer. Apparently Audrey, the managing pharmacist also claims she is an expert in consumer Law. I asked her the ACCC website and how major faults give the consumer the choice of repair, refund or exchange. She denied that. I asked how can you be an expert in consumer Law as she claimed since she confirmed she was not a lawyer.Audrey needs to understand what her responsibilities are and she cannot claim to be an expert in consumer Law as she has no training, not to mention wrong. I will be submitting a complaint with the ACCC.

Click and collect has now failed to meet their 4 hours policy 3 times. 1st time, ordered night before, expected before midday (as office works can manage) but didn't receive text to collect until near close of business next day couldn’t get to store in time.2nd time at about 3pm I wasn’t making same mistake so I went in to the store and staff were standing around no customers, I basically had to prompt can you do it now (given they didn't look busy), or I’ll get myself.... was told I can’t do that!3rd time again ordered night before at around 330pm hadn't heard so I called them. They said it hadn't been collected yet. I said that's why I'm ringing!. 2 mins later I got a text, so clearly, they had forgot to notify me.3 times 3 fails indicates clear issues and that this service is very poor and not being actively managed. Don't recommend using their click and collect service. BTW I understand stores can be busy etc so wouldn’t write a review it was a one off, but almost every other click and collect service has been able to do pretty quick even during Covid 2. how hard can it be to walk around a store and pick-up items.... the issue here is these guys don’t seem to have a system in place or a lack of care factor and that’s the reason for the review.

Experienced a rude staff member today:I asked her to help me find an item. She walked me towards the aisle and left. She did not say ONE single word during the encounter. I was shocked but thought maybe she had trouble speaking?Then I came up to the counter to pay. All she said was “DID YOU WANT A BAG?” “RECEIPT?”No greetings, no “thank you”.I pay for your products and services. I don’t get them for free. It’s not that hard to be a little nice to people.
