Popped in today for the first time. We've just got a new pool so just figuring things out. 2 ladies working were super nice and helpful. First thing I noticed was how nice the store was. Fresh, bright and well laid out. Hopefully this is our local now to keep on top of our pool.

Very friendly and reliable team at PoolWerx Joondalup!!I'm a first time pool owner for 5 years now and they have been the only pool support I've needed. Regular water testing and the right information given to you by their staff is guaranteed.. I was also fortunate enough to win a door prize at the store and I was over the moon when I got the call (best pool cleaner!!). The owners and their team are both friendly and knowledgeable and you wont be disappointed by the service. Thanks again guys!!

A very reliable excellent business with fair cost. I'm based in Adelaide but my property is in the area, turned down the pool guy suggested by my real-estate and left my pool to their hand. It's been such a relief since that day. Really grateful for their services.

Contacted the Owner Peter to explain my pool pump had seized, after short discussion he suggested the correct pump for our pool. Within 3 hours he had delivered it so I could get it fitted before the pool went any greener. He followed up to make sure all was ok and the chemicals he advised to use have brought it back to pristine condition. Service over and above my expectations. Thank You Peter

We had an issue with our pool pump. We had used Poolwerx Joondalup before and so did not hesitate to contact them again. Within 3 hours, new pump was in and a better system for handling back-flushing. First class service !

After a recent trip to poolwerx in Joondalup and having spoken with a very nice lady called Lee I was able to establish that my initial issue with my salt cell was in fact covered under warranty. Thanks to Lee looking in to the situation I was able to get a replacement cell straight away without any issues.Awesome service and thanks to lee I will will be coming back.

We recently purchased a new home with a pool which went green over the sale/settlement period leading up to Christmas. First time we have ever had a pool and didn’t know what to do.We couldn’t get anyone to come and look at our pool for 3 weeks, then we found Poolwerx Joondalup. When we explained the situation to them, they came out the next day to discuss our pool and then spent the next week visiting several times treating our pool until it was crystal clear water again. They were very helpful and friendly, great service and honest. We use them now regularly to look after our pool and our neighbour has also started using them.
