I've had a good experience dealing with Patrick from Cardiff VW.He assisted greatly with the purchase of my new vehicle (VW T-Roc). In person, his communication was outstanding. Reasonable salesman. Their financial advisor Pete cannot be faulted, he is clear and concise. You leave the dealer with no question unanswered. My only negative, the communication over text was lacking at times.Overall, a pleasant experience at Cardiff VW once again. I look forward to having my car serviced there, as I know the service department at Cardiff VW provides quality work every time.

Thanks heaps Corey and Pat. Great service and you were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Listened to what I wanted and not just gave the standard spiel. Even receptive to some bargaining to make the purchase affordable. Looking forward to my new driving experience.

BEWARE! CASE NOW WITH NSW FAIR TRADE TRIBUNAL. I bought a 2016 Golf with low kms from these guys in affiliation with their partner Cardiff Ford. I was told at the time of purchase that the A/C needed a simple regassing which is why it was blowing warm air. They regassed it for me but the A/C then broke TWICE within three months. The A/C was repaired" by them as it was under statutory warranty. However when it inevitably broke again some months later

Purchased 2021 Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg.Defective paint work noticed within 48hrs of pickup. Over 4mths I have been disputing this with the dealership and VW Australia. Constantly handed from on person to another and no one taking responsibility. VW believe you can purchase a brand new vehicle in which I paid cash only for them to recommend sending to a third party repair for a respray or the front end. They have already attempted infra-red heat at a third party repairer which failed, but they want to try it again. I have asked for a new vehicle or a complete refund which they have declined. The matter is now with Dept of Fair Trading. The Sales Manager Alex Hennessy has total disregard for the matter or accepting that the issue is of a concern ( I guess he got his sales commission, now doesn't care). As a consumer you do not buy a faulty product whether it is a vehicle, pair or jeans or fridge for it to be defective and NOT offered a refund or replacement/exchange.Yet VW Australia believe I should compromise to respray the front end. The car has not been damaged in a accident so why repair like it has been in a accident. What this boils down to is that the car should not have passed a quality assessment in the factory.Every member of staff I have dealt with have absolute incompetence, I have addressed emails to the Managing Director of VW Australia yet only a customer service representative has responded Marissa" telling me she will deal with the matter no need too escalate despite my requests. And as you can see from their comment below
