Murray Bridge Subaru

Came in to get a quote on Subaru accessories for my XV and brodie and Ian were very accommodating those boys really know what they are talking about!! Brodie was very knowledge and didn’t hesitate to help, if I could recommend anyone to see it would be him. Ps I’ll be coming in soon to get my Toyota hilux serviced

We bought a forester from this dealership approx. 4 months ago and at the time had rear sensors added to the vehicle. The sensors were not working and after us chasing the dealer it was finally booked in to be fixed. However, the car was returned to us with the sensors still not working, and we are now having to chase this up with them again to get the problem fixed. All we have been given is the run around or told they'll look into it and call us back, in which they don't! This has gone on for 4 months now. Unbelievably poor service and hence we will never buy from Eblen again. They are happy to sell the car to you but poor service after that. And they should know who we are...... unless there are others in this position too.

Brendon provided great service and was able to meet my price; I had a much better experience with this dealership compared to Jarvis Subaru in Adelaide city. Brendon was not pushy and was happy to answer any questions; I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new Subaru. Positive experience and quality service.

After buying three new cars from the old Murry Bridge Subaru over the last 15 years (2007 Outback, 2010 Outback and 2015 Forester) I returned this week and was very disappointed on this whole experience with the new dealership.The buy price on a new Forester kept changing (changing three times over a week and final offer was much worse than the initial and Jordan suddenly got amnesia and couldn't remember quoting cheaper price, downright dishonest behavior).Many phone messages requesting a call back not returned by Josh and the final insult I was offered $12,000 less trade-in than the cheapest similar car in Australia on carsales.com.au for my FJ Cruiser (the comparison car was in WA, although my car is in SA, what????). Although the WA had 209 km whereas mine has 261 km but way more accessories, (about $20k of 4wd add on) so how does that equate to $12,000 less???It's sad after buying three cars I will never return to this dealership.This is simply an honest factual account of my recent experience, please form your own opinion.

We took delivery of a new Subaru Outback yesterday. This is our 2nd purchase from Murray Bridge Subaru and were happy with our experience. Adam and Kristy were great to deal with, particularly as they were able to get our colour choice. A little disappointed that we didn't get a Subaru keyring as we have done in the past ☹️We would highly recommend over a city dealership.

Awesome experience buying from Murray bridge Subaru. Got the Forrester and it drives like a dream. Have had no problems with it and the staff have been great to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car
