Made In Homewares
Unfortunate customer service - I had the 'audacity' to check inside a candle box prior to purchase. This caused quite a negative overreaction by the sales manager, even though I said I was intending on purchasing the candle. Given the sales manager's surprising attitude, and had there been other options in Port Macquarie, I would have taken my business elsewhere. (It was the correct candle in the box, BTW).
