True Nature Retreats

I can't recommend this program enough, Chris is a wonderful human who has been gifted with the art of nurturing and guiding people. I now hold ideas, lessons and techniques that I will use for the rest of my life. 90 days seems like a long time but it is the perfect amount of time to hold yourself true and push through what you need. 10/10

I discovered Christopher and the amazing journey within program during a time when I was experiencing some dark emotions and could not find any motivation to get myself up and snap out of it. When Christopher explained to me what the journey will involve, I was in! It was amazing how quickly I felt things shift and created internal space for myself. After my 90-day journey within and the powerful transformational retreat at Cameron’s pocket – I truly feel like a new human. Christopher holds space like no other, he always speaks with compassion and integrity, I have been to a few different professionals for counselling and Christopher is definitely on the top of the list!

I participated in the 90 Day Journey Within, TWICE. Back to back.It has taken me a long time to write a review because I haven't known how to sum it up in just a few sentences or been able to find the right words to convey everything that the 90 Day Journey Within was for me...When I met Christopher and was introduced to the 'Journey', I was coming out the other side of a deep darkness that had, over a very extended timeline, completely consumed me. I had been totally lost to the demon inside myself and was literally looking for something to save me... and while that's a lot of pressure to put on a retreat/course/program (whatever you call it)… that's exactly what it did.With a nothing to loose attitude I gave it my all, diving in deep, being brutally honest - with myself and with Christopher, often speaking words I'd never said out loud before... it was challenging, emotional (I cried... a lot) exhausting (because I had SO much to work through and because I cried... a lot) and it required a strength and dedication I'd forgotten I had.It was also grounding, liberating, funny, educational, unforgettable and HEALING. So very very healing.By the end of my 90 days, I had indeed found my True Nature, contained my demons, worked through the damage they'd done and learnt coping and containment strategies just in case they ever come back! I'd learnt how to smile again from deep within, to love, to laugh... to let my true nature shine.After all my hard work, I wanted to nurture my True Nature and cement it in place so I enrolled to do the 90 days for a second time and understandably it was a totally different experience - filled with forgiveness, love, calm, peace and joy...Christopher is the most wonderful guide; gentle, caring, encouraging, funny. He creates the most amazing non-judgmental and safe spaces with his words and his personality and I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed.If you're still reading and haven't figured it out yet... I would 100% recommend The 90 Day Journey Within.... without a doubt it WILL change your life... I know... because it SAVED mine.... xx
