I Bought a pair of shoes and every time that I wear them, my socks comes off green as the inside of the shoes are green and the colour is coming off. However, when I went to the shop on Sunday to ask for a replacement/refund they treat me really bad and said couldn’t do anything until the manager is there on Tuesday. I live quite far and I only went there to sorted this problem and I didn’t feel I was in a Hugo boss store with this terrible service.

The sales team are fantastic. Super helpful and honest to a tee. Ruba helped fit me into a suit and I have to say she was just amazing! She certainly made it a great experience!!! She treated us professionally, but also like family. I didn't ask for the other chap's name that was there today, but he was helpful with some nice advice as well. Thank you to both of you!

Don’t miss their 50% off storewide, it’s a crazy bargain. It’s a little messy when they have big sales on. But if want to save big bucks search your things you will like.

Jack one of the employees was so down to earth and funny and helped me a lot when navigating the sales on offer. We need more people like him, normally the staff working in high end clothing are cold whereas him and one of his colleagues were so warm and approachable

Terrible service, security guard wouldn't let a line of over 20 people in when they were waiting for over 40min, even when it was 2 hours before closing time. Store manager didn't bother to advise either staff or the people waiting they were planning to close, leaving people to wait for nothing. This could have been avoided with a simple sign advising they don't intend to open the shop to anymore potential clients. These are the sort of experiences that ruin a brand.

High quality products and great customer service. It’s not easy to find the right one between classic and slim fit for my husband but nothing was too hard for staffs there especially Paola. Definitely go back for more.

No much selection, and the 50% off is just on very selected products. I think this store could improve.

It happened again! A few months ago there was a sale on jackets". I selected a casual wind jacket that was listed under "jackets" on the Boss website
