I took my new Mercury 150hp for its first 20 hour service to Andrew at My Marine Service at Coomera, following a recommendation from a friend. I had an appalling experience with the dealer from whom fitted and I purchased the motor from (worst customer service ive ever experienced. Gold Coast dealer). Well i must commend Andrew and his team at My Marine Service for a terrific experience. Fantastic customer service, very well priced and fast turn around. These guys will be the only ones touching my motor from now on.

Got towed into GCCM due to faulty fuel guage leading to running out of fuel. Got MyMarine to do a service while it was there which they did (did manifolds, risers etc).1. When I picked it up, the rear seat cushion was no longer attached to the seat and the screws were all rattling around the battery box.2. The hydraulic position sender cable was broken so the guage doesn't work any more.3. They have promised to get me a quote for a new one... never heard a thing.4. When I got the boat home, the rear trim anchor pin was dangling out and the starboard hydraulic ram was no longer attached to it - it hasn't been reinstalled properly. I sent photos and messages which got ignored for the entire summer. Eventually he got someone to come fix it but still needed to send me some parts that I would have to fit myself.5. Despite asking at least 5 times, he is still promising to send them. Surprisingly I haven't seen them.6. When I went to pick the boat up, he was angry and surly. I asked him what was up and he told me that his staff were useless.Andrew seemed like a nice guy, but he either has too much work to do, or not enough help. Would not use again.

Fantastic service from Andrew and the team. Called him on Friday at 5 minutes before closing to report a problem with the trim/tilt. He came inSaturday, when they are normally closed, and replaced the solenoids so I could get out on the water over the weekend. Prior to this he had done a great job at a very competitive price re powering my boat.

Andrew and his professional team will look after you. I had 2 complete motors and legs exchanged in my Riv and they did an awesome job. Happy to recommend and keep using these guys.
