Never recommend. It is just a waste of money and time. I have done keratin treatment from them and my hairs turn dry and rough after first wash. They told keratin will stay minimum 3 months, but doesn't even stay for 3 days. Really disappointed.

Great for kids haircuts and very reasonably priced. Friendly service.

I strongly warn against visiting this salon for a keratin treatment. It seems that for other services they have good feedback but there are a number of unhappy customers regarding the keratin treatment, which I wish I had listened to. The in salon service was ok, I was worked on by 3 different people (including one unqualified young worker) throughout the service at different times depending on who was free, they seemed to be overbooked. However the main issues came regarding their knowledge of the products used and the result of the treatment.I was told a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner was necessary after the treatment and bought them only to discover once I was home and read the ingredients that they contained sulphates. I called the hairdresser/owner and she was surprised, she didn’t know the ingredients in the products she was selling. She had to call the supplier and get back to me and then said that sulphate free shampoo was not necessary with the Keune treatment used. Upon inquiring with Keune directly, I found this is untrue. After washing my hair I found the treatment was completely ineffective, if anything it is drier and frizzier with some damage. When I contacted the owner she was very defensive and unprofessional and refused a refund. She claimed the Keune product is not intended to provide a visible result without being blowdried, that the reduction in frizz and the smoothing effect will only be seen after blowdrying each time. Again, after contacting Keune directly this is not how they described their product.. They advised that for someone looking for a product that produces a noticeable smoothing effect on hair when dried naturally, this product is a good option and most people see results such as this unless hair has been bleached, etc in the past which mine has not. Despite confirming this with the company directly the owner was still unwilling to provide a refund, maintaining that the hair must be blow dried to see an effect and that only a few other people had complained. When I referenced a complaint on their facebook page she responded by dismissing that client as a junkie! I was appalled at the lack of professionalism shown.
