I went to this store to get some accessories for my mother's Bernina sewing machine. I had no idea what to look for but I was armed with a list and the gentleman that served me knew what he was talking about and was able to help. Prices appeared reasonable with a good range of stock. Easy parking access at the front of the store.

Please go here to get your Bernette or Bernina machines. The guy was very knowledgable and taught me how to thread my B42 machine and it was very clear and easy. Even gave me free spools of Rasant Thread! Thank you so much for your wonderful service and I'm very happy with my machine. Can't wait to play with it!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Otto is very knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate every function on my new machine to me when I came in to collect it. He even taught me some new sewing tips while I was there. My decision to purchase a new machine from him was based on the level of service I received during a prior visit. If you value good old fashioned customer service and no hard sells this is the shop to go to.
