Always able to get an appointment, the office ladies are kind and friendly.The Dr's I have seen have been great.

I found this clinic by chance and have been going there now for over 10 years. Dr Mio Dodic is a wonderful doctor, always thorough and caring, very easy to talk to. The other doctors are very good as well. Sometimes a short wait but worth it to get great care.

So tired of dr's, who just dont listen to you. Started going to this clinic when my son was born and for the first few years they had been good but now, they just dont care. Todays Dr was late getting us into the consult and then practically forces us out the door claiming she had another patient to see when i was clarifying something with her. I couldn't even get a word out. No one waiting in the waiting area, she just wanted to go home. Its so hard being a parent, but when you cant even go to the dr's when something is wrong because they dont care, what are you suppose to do. It would have taken her 5 seconds to clarify.

I booked an appointment and was seen within minutes of arriving. I saw Dr. John who was absolutely fantastic!! It was such a pleasure seeing a doctor who genuinely cared enough to ask questions because he cared and wanted to help, not only because it was protocol to do so. Thank you :)

Never going back. I went there because my usual doctor was not available one day. Firstly they charged me for 2 consultations instead of 1, saying i would get a Medicare rebate (which I didnt). Afterwards i asked my results to be sent over to my doctor, which they refused unless i signed a document. I went there to sign the document and they refused again, saying i have to go to the other doctor to sign it there and then they would send it. They have also refused to give me my results in person so i could take it. After going to the other doctor, signinh the document and going back to my consultation i found out they didnt send all the exams, just one and i will have to redo them. Absolutely frustrating and borderline unprofessional.

I have used this clinic for years and love the doctors. Although there is always a 20-30min wait it's worth it for the quality of care. My son recently saw Dr Victor Giang and he was absolutely fantastic!

If you like waiting long after your appointment time, then being in there for literally 2 minutes and charged full price (no bulk billing) after you waited nearly 45 minutes .... Well this is the place for you ! Never again! Their time is so valuable but apparently mine is worth nothing !!

Great clinic , great drs but they have to get the wait times under control. Double appointments for the elderly or for those that take long consults is required.

Have been going to this clinic for over 7 years, and Dr Smith is always so kind and gentle, and he is by far the best Dr I have had. I actually look forward to seeing him. Could not recommend the Practice more.

This clinic is fantastic, have been going here since I was born, one of the now retired GP’s delivered me.Sometimes there can be wait times, however, paediatric and emergency patients are priority booked which is understandable. The advice, knowledge and care from Dr Paul Smith is invaluable, he is truly amazing and I would wait however long needed for his quality of service. I am so grateful to have such amazing primary health care. Thanks Aspendale Clinic.
