Coming up to two months and still not operational battery, but happy to take full payment. No ETA or deadline just in limbo

I recently had the pleasure of working with Solar Miner to install a solar panel system on my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team at Solar Miner provided outstanding customer service, clear communication, expert installation, and top-notch after-care. After making an initial enquiry online, the whole process was seamless.First and foremost, the customer service at Solar Miner was exceptional. The consultant,Ray Martin, was quick to address my queries and email correspondence. He was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. With the information provided, he was able to provide insights into the appropriate solar panel system that met my specific energy needs and budget, and always available to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process.Communication was also a major strength of Solar Miner. The overall team (consultants, installers) kept me, informed at every stage of the installation process, providing regular updates and timelines for when different parts of the project would be completed. They were always available to answer my questions and provide additional information, and they made sure that I was fully informed and comfortable with every decision that was made.When it came time for installation, the Solar Miner installers were professional, efficient, and skilled. They arrived on time and worked quickly to get the system up and running, taking care to minimise any disruptions to my daily routine. They also took the time to explain the installation process and ensure that I understood how the system worked and how to operate it.Solar Miner's after-care has been exceptional especially when I decided to change electricity providers during the process. Sandy (the consultant) has been really professional and dealt with my inquiry and sign-up proces timely. Installation were quick with no issue, and help me with setup the system with application on my phone. Highly recommended.

Great while they want your business. Solar Miner called and emailed almost daily while trying to get my business. The solar systems (2x installed) themselves work fantastically, however both installations resulted in damage to the roof.Both premises had significant roof leaks that caused damage to the houses. One of these was only six months old at the time.Despite the damage occurring in March 2022, Solar Miner has provided little to no support to fix the issues. They have failed to assist with the process, failed to respond to emails, and even failed to have the dangerous mold removed from one property which was caused by the leaks.The latest suggestion was that a friend" could come and repair the damage. This work should be completed professionally to return the buildings to the same state as they were prior to the damage occurring.Happy to get your business

Very smooth process. Ron was patient to answer my queries on different brands quality and prices, and changed quote several times to suit my needs. Installation time was also changed to suit my schedule. I am planning to engage them again to supply and install solar panels for my house now. It was for my mum's house last time.

The installation was very quick and on time and now after 1 year my solar system is down from more than 2 months. I called them multiple times to arrange a technician at site to get the issue resolved but no one is there. First no one will pick the call in the after service support. I have to call New solar installation team and ask them, I want to speak to after service support person.

Very professional service, installer was very polite , quality of Workmanship is fantastic,No issue with battery system.Really happy with Solar miner for their services.Strongly recommending to use solar miner’s services.

So 7 months after I pay the deposit. I take a day off to meet them for the Install they never show up, I call they have no info they'll get the installer to call me. Never calls. Just find another installer.

These guys were great, had them installed about 1-2 years ago, had a small issue as I’m not very tech savvy and didn’t know how to update the firmware on my inverter and they were very prompt to get to my house and help us fix the issue. They were very quick with their service and communication. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you

The customer service staff was very helpful, patient and understanding. They explained everything very clear and advised step-by-step procedure to follow. The installer gave us a few options in regards of where to install the converter and broken roof tiles. They are very professional and experienced. The inspector was very patient and answered all the questions for someone like me who have no clue of switch board and circuit. Very good experience. Highly recommended.
