This place is absolutely disgraceful the food is very oily and tasted dreadful the potato scallops were very oily and had way too much batter on them they also tasted like they had been boiled before being fried,The battered sabs had way too much batter on them As well they also had a very fail taste to them! After eating this stuff myself and my family have been violently sick such as diarrhoea and constant vomiting!! And also the customer service was very poor the young Sheila was certainly calling me boy and was very rude!I will not be returning to this store because of the quality of food and poor service!

Was recommended as the ‘best fish n chips’ in Hervey Bay area. Unfortunately that is definitely incorrect. The batter is way too thick and overtakes the whole meal. The fish tasted good once the batter was removed. Fortunately it wasn’t oily. The potato scallops were fair. Potato very thick, and then loaded with batter.There are much better fish n chip shops in Hervey Bay.I didn’t try the burgers even though they were recommended as well. Probably not buy from this shop again.

Worst Fish and Chips ever. Chips small dry and tasteless.Ordered two Barramundi, dry and strange taste. I doubt that it even was Barramundi.Wait time forty minutes. Would not buy from there again. Only positive staff were friendly.

Hands down the worst fish and chips l have ever eaten.The chips were limp, undercooked, a weird colour and went in the bin. The sav was a frankfurt with over cooked batter falling off.Kabana was good and Flake good the rest was thrown out.Not recommended for fresh well cooked food.Friendly staff.
