I have had no problems with this place the staff are extremely friendly and they are always understanding. once i spilt my Slurpee so I tried to pay an extra dollar but the cashier refused to take the money even though I owed it to them.

I was trying to use the app to benefit from the locked price but the guy there already set the amount on the higher price and pretend he scanned my card and nothing happened so i paid and then went back to tell him nothing happened and i’m still having the locked price active and something wrong happened but he wasn’t helping … really disappointed

Saw a pregnant woman asking to use the toilet and the Indian young guy behind the screen refused to let her go to the toilet. She explained she needed a toilet urgently and he refused non the less. Never seen anything like this - I wish I could contact their management and ask if they think they come from an egg like chickens or if they teach any sort of kindness to their employees.

Well... although the place opens 24 hs it’s very tricky for certain purchases. I was looking for an ice cream after being let down by #gelatissimo closing 15 minutes earlier and I finally came around to the idea of having a lesser product and getting and ice pop when I get to this 7-eleven and realise they don’t open their doors and that I can’t see what to choose since they don’t even have a list of the ice creams they sell.Needless to say it has a been a very disappointing night.

I got came here on 23/12/21 at 2:35am to pick up bait to go fishing. However, the staff on duty refused to serve me or even acknowledge I my presence there. He came to the door a few times and said something which I couldn't make out. I had to drive to the 7/11 on the opposite side of the road which was out of my way to make the same purchase.

Didn't let pregnant women to use bathroom, understand there is no public bathroom there but there is no close by bathroom and need to stop urgently. Its ridiculous they cannot provide bathrooms for pregnancy women, and when I have asked which toilets they use the guy said he is using one at his home ( so he was basically saying he doesn't use toilet for the whole shift ) !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous happening this in 21 century!!!!!

Very poor service today. Despite the app showing a valid offer the lady at the counter said they could not honour it, without any explanation as to why. Additionally, she told me to go to another 7/11 as the offer might work there. What is the point of the offers in the app?
