Love Shopping at Priceline Carnes Hill there wide array of products is sensational, The dispensary team is so helpful,Sam particularly, as his knowledge of products is so extensive and he went out of his way to recommend something for my hay fever. Will definitely be shopping here again can't recommend this store enough.

I went in today on a very busy Monday and it was full of people, Sandra went above and beyond despite being extremely busy herself. Her advice was outstanding and very professional. Great customer service

Honestly one of the best Priceline's. Made a online click and collect order, but due to the recent COVID stay at home orders, I decided not to go ahead with the order and cancel the order as I have a baby at home. The store went above and beyond to help me by delivering the product and also allowing me to add to the order of essential items that I needed for my baby. They did not even charge for delivery but ensured I received the items on the day. They really look after you and the community, I have not come across service like this for a while and it was really appreciated.

The pharmacist I dealt with was nice enough, however the service was really slow and inefficient. Booked in for a flu shot, was quite a long wait and there were issues with the booking system. Would not recommend to others unless the booking system and customer service are fixed or improved. Go to another chemist

Absolutely brilliant service and care taken by a team member named Marianne. She went out of her way to help me understand what products I needed and took the time to listen and help me. I’m a very happy and thankful customer who will be returning !

Worst experience brought a perfume from there as a present. Then turn out they already had it . So a week later I wanted to return for something else wasn’t open or damaged had the receipt . the lady told me no refund or exchange on fragrances. I d double checked their policies b4 going to the store had no such thing about not getting a refund there was a sign on the wall saying no refund or exchange fragrances I ask for the Manager she said she wasn’t working to come back tomorrow . She was very rude about it . So I want to green Vally Priceline they were very helpful gave my money back n told me they had no right to not refunding it n that was not there policy at all

Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews fool you. I have never experienced such horrible and racist service. The head pharmacist is so clumsy and the manager is so rude, she needs to learn some respect and kindness. If you can avoid this store then please do, I wish this treatment on no one! Utterly shocked by the horrid customer service! Also the store is small and overpriced. Go chemist warehouse instead or another Priceline
