We are loyal customer to them because we keep coming back at least 3 times a week! Today their attitude really annoyed us. They sold to us an old model motherboard but it didn't compatible with the CPU they sold us. We wanted to exchange another model and they rejected. The thing was not the return policy. It was the new guy's attitude..VERY RUDE and no smile at all. He treated us like an idiot. That was our last time to do business with you. Umart is more helpful than you are!

Went there on a Saturday, I will admit I arrived there towards closing time trying to buy some parts. The Indian bloke there was totally unhelpful, rude and had zero customer service skills. Practically pushed me out the door and couldn't have a care in the world to help. First time and last time I will attempt to buy from MSY. Of course ended up buying nothing due to his attitude. Best part is I work for an MSP, little did he know, and we certainly won't be dealing with them. Let it be a lesson learnt, there could have been a potential account for you guys but you only have one shot to make a first impression.

MSY is for computer enthusiasts looking for a large range of parts for decent prices. If you want customer service then go to Harvey Norman and pay more. MSY don't know how to answer phones. they seem to take 2 hour lunch breaks. You pay less you lose something for it. Customer service is the price. Take that in mind when purchasing at its a solid 4 for me.

I went there for consultation and they helped me to build my customised PC on the spot. They told me to expect approximately one week to completion. However, I already received a call after 2 days. They are fast, efficient and have competitive prices. Don't call, go straight to their shop. Recommend.

Checked MSY out for the first time today as they had an item no other stores did, and was very pleased to see that their online stocking lists are real-time with their in-store stock.Super speedy and fuss-free transaction once at the store because the staff knew exactly where to find the requested item within seconds. Definitely impressed with their organisation, and will definitely be shopping there again in the near future.

Great prices and fantastic range of stock. If you were going here from a brick-and-mortar store you will never switch back!Plan ahead - know what you want before you get to the counter. MSY's counter staff are also warehouse clerks so they dont have much spare to answer questions.Order online - you will have all the specs, can get payment out of the way and will get confirmation when your stock has been reserved.This is definitely my go-to outlet for whenever i am down south, or umart is out of stock.

Horrendous staff and interaction. MSY bank on being able to deliver insanely cheap components, however that's all they have. They lack any ability to talk on a phone and overall are never there. You can wait up to three hours to be served as everyone is on a break.I understand that the smaller tech stores have some sketch factor but this... this was something else. Roaches infested the screen door and everything that wasn't a direct brand deal with a larger company, looked so out of place.Overall if you need some cheap parts it's not the worst place to go... but there's much to be desired.

Always busy there. Seem to have many regular repeat customers. Don't bother phone as their number is not working. Just go there.They built what I wanted to my specs and called when it was ready. Answered my questions when I had something I needed help with.Been back for a bit of an upgrade. Very helpful nice people and good price.
