I bought an Australian made hair colour here which completely ruined my shoulder length hair.They adviced me to swap my L'oreal hair colour which I've been using for years (also purchased here for 2 yrs) to an Australian made one called De Lorenzo. It absolutely runied my shoulder hair, even my natural waves are gone! When I returned all Australian made products which I also purchased there the stuff overtalked me and the owner called Michael basically threw me out of the shop. He also made a picture of my car which is illegal. No wonder the shop is in Slacks Creek, the advice was slack too and he is a bogan. And he dares to deny it all! I am contacting Fair Trade. This is not customer service in 2020!!! Massive disappointment not taking responsibility! $120 wasted and my beautiful hair's ruined.

I purchased a pair of clippers and walked back to the shop few minutes later as I realised I purchased a wrong one. I asked for refund or exchange but they said there is no return for change of mind policy. I spoke to the Owner/Manager over the phone and he wouldn't give me the reason why . As a matter of fact he said he doesn't have to give me the reason.
