I would say these guys would be great for tyres but I doubt I'd take my car back for repairs again.When I picked up the car there were a number of electrical faults that were not there when I dropped it off, frankly the issues I had should not have occurred if paying attention to what they were doing when reassembling my vehicle, (Electrical plugs left unplugged or half plugged) and the A/C was empty of gas, I emailed them and took it back, they were very apologetic and rectified all but one fault which I will either fix myself or take to another mechanic, it would appear another electrical plug is not inserted correctly or unplugged altogether as only one tone of the car horn is working which I did point out when I dropped the car back to them.Nice guys, polite, obliging and to their credit they did go out of their way to try and fix things with a minimum of fuss and prices were not bad, but I lost trust when picking up my car for the second time and still things were not right, they should have been all over that car like a rash making sure every concern was fixed 100%.Foot Note:I actually would have been a happy customer had all the issues I bought to your attention been fixed first time when I bought it back.As I said when I returned with the car you did rectify the lights issue and you did give a full refund for the money I spent having the AC Gas replaced which has no leaks and works fine, but the car horn is only playing a single note (only one horn is working) and when someone says that they have checked the horn and it works fine, and in reality it doesn't, that is when I say its time to move on.

Had my car in for repairs. Took it home to find they had not completely fixed it. Took it back the next day to tell me I was wrong. Not worth the time

I've used Car Servicing and You at Keilor Park for so many years. They have helped me maintain and old car and given me advice regarding repairs, talking through all the options. They are always so efficient and willing to help at the drop of the hat. They are professional, trustworthy and efficient. Fantastic customer service, always polite, Honest and they go above and beyond.They are very professional, very helpful, they told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and good quality parts and wasnt over charged, their workmanship was A Grade.I cant recommend a better place than this.Thanks guys for all your help. I would highly recommend using these guys, 1.they are very good priced with the service that they provide, 2. I needed to get some stuff done on my car on a deadline and they smashed it out the park even staying back to get it done, they also went out of there way to find the certain parts that was needed for my car, all I know is that I’m gonna be coming back to them from now on for everything that needs to be down!Also with how busy they are, they managed to get my car finished in time for what I needed!
