Was after specific pair of hiking pants, and they did not have what we wanted although the website showed they had stocks, Liv one of the staff, was extremely helpful and called other stores and arranged delivery to the closest store to us.

A difficult beginning as the staff were busy chatting when they could have been offering assistance. However, once I managed to grab their attention a customer service representative by the name of Anthony could not have been more helpful. I wanted a medium pair of low hiking shoes. My feet aren't easy to fit as they are large and wide. Anthony worked alongside me effortlessly to find the right shoe, which I am pleased to say he did. Cam on Anthony. Vietnamese for thank you Anthony.

Kudos to the team at this store. As a Canberran, I was surprised to see the curteous and humble staff at this store, unlike the rest of the Sydney.Big thumps up to Shane, the store manager who went out of his way to help us with our returns. Definitely recommended for someone looking for curteous staff within Sydney. They are rare but you can find them.
