I had Leo deliver a washing machine to my home Thornlie from Retravision - his customer service was exceptional! We had an issue fitting the machine in and he was on the phone with Retravision to discuss options on my behalf. He was extremely patient while I tried to contact my partner and discuss options.

Would give 6 stars if I could!On 5/2/22, 12.30pm, Roy delivered and installed a washing machine to West Perth.He went over and above to overcome a problem, choosing customer service over excessive regulation and red tape.He is a real asset to the company, embodying what customer service is all about. I highly recommend.
