Secure Parking - 10 Browning Street Car Park

A clean, safe, well lit carpark very reasonably priced especially if you sign up to the secure parking website. Only a short walk to South Bank Parklands and the convention center and if like me you own a 4x4 then there is plenty of height so need to worry about clearance and I've never had an issue trying to find a spot to park.

Doesn't accept cash payment. Doesn't accept contactless payment. Only accepts physical card payment.

Every time you call you get hung up on, transferred and told you’ll get a call back, only to be left waiting. I’ve been trying to cancel my monthly parking since January and no one is helping. I’m currently owed over $600…

What can I say ...it's a undercover carpark.First 2 hrs are free.Is connected though to a lovely eating hub which looks great.

Located in West End, this parking spot allows a handy option for dining or for Broncos games (the stadium is a little over a kilometre away).The bonus is that it was very affordable. The paces closer to Suncorp are now charging $50 -$70, but here was $20.

I park twice a week for work. Never had a problem. Left for work one afternoon and the gate was broken. Someone was at the gate getting everyone’s PIN for what I assumed was to manually enter the times everyone exited. Problem solved… Nope… Received an email that said “your booking doing to end soon, if you’ve already left please disregard this email… I had left the car park, old mate had my PIN to enter in the system that I had left, so I disregarded the email. Received an email the following night.. Additional Fee Notification and Invoice.. $45.70.. Called customer service and they said they’d submit a refund request to be approved, they’ll expedite it due the the circumstances and it should all take 5-10 business days for the whole process. It’s now been 12 business days and it’s only just been approved for a refund and I’ll have to wait another 5-10 business days for the refund to hit my bank. Talk about bull(doo-doo). All this because they couldn’t get the gates fixed and their staff can’t do their job efficiently.

Booked online and paid $17 for the most of the afternoon and night parking. Easy access and plenty of parking available. However it was slightly further away from the popular South Bank precinct. Anyway we enjoyed our time out, knowing we have a secured parking.

There is no pay wave at this location and the sinage is not as clear about this as it could be. This is an issue for thoes of us who's cards are on our phones.The person manning the help phone at the gate was verry lovely and thsts why I'm im giving this 2 stars otherwise it would only be 1 star.The phone payment system was a life saver for thoes who know their card numbers.But they could still be clearer sinage where you the ticket. Something along the lines of no pay wave would be better than no phone payment. As I assumed it was talking about the app.
