The guys at Advanced Home were fantastic, great help in choosing the right set up for my home theatre, Highly recommended great service and price, Thanks again Chris and Aiden for your wonderful service.

Started out ok, however towards the end, only to be caught up between 2 business partners that refuse to take responsibilty for the poor work quality, cables sticking out and half the lights don't work and including faulty modules due to the home automation faulty parts and further more, he wants to be paid the remaining 10% prior to fixing mistakes and replacing faulty items. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend even though I have. Also I find it funny that an SEO person has left a 5 star rating, makes you wonder if the reviews are genuine.

New builds and renovations are always a source of great anxiety. From the very first time I met with Chris and Aidan, up until we agreed on a proposal, they made us feel that we made the right choice - and they delivered on all promises and didn’t let us down (unlike our builder and electrician!!). Advanced Home’s prices were super competitive and the boys really know their tech.Our large extended family loves the C4 system along with all its quirks - it’s not perfect, but it beats the pants off most systems out there in features and price!It’s always a pleasure having Chris on site. He is an absolute gentleman with a super calm demeanour. He is always on time, he’s tidy and does his best to fix the issues created by the sparky, builder, and lighting consultant. We can’t fault him and he now feels like a part of our family. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with the system. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail and is very responsive when it comes to supporting the installed system - AND I CAN’T STRESS HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS WHEN CHOOSING AN INSTALLER!Some other reviewers don’t appear to have realistic expectations of high-end home automation technologies, and if you don’t understand the tech, don’t blame the installer/programmer.A home automation system installation is a lifelong commitment with your installer/programmer so it’s important to feel comfortable with who you choose. Chris and Aidan never gave us the hard sell. They walked us through the whole process and tailored the system to our specific needs and budget and made allowances for future expansion and upgrades.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!This is a 100% genuine review!
