Shipping and customer service is awful, I ordered an oil and waited a while and hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email and found out they hadn’t even shipped it yet and only shipped it the day after I sent the email which to me says if I hadn’t said anything it would have been forgotten about. Still have not received my package

Extremely disappointed by the costumer service and effectiveness. After calling three times and being cut off the line I finally managed to place two orders. When the first one arrived it was incomplete. When I called to check up on it, they said they forgot to put the product in " and that it should be arriving shortly

I actually cannot understand why people are saying they get trapped into making orders every month. I don't at all. I purchase when I need oils. And trust me that's not every month! I messaged the customer service team and they cancelled my LRP order straight away when I didn't want to purchase. I've had nothing but amazing experience with customer service, the oils and my wellness advocate. She has always reassured me that we do not need to purchase oils every month only when we want!!! Are some oils really heavily priced yes! But I've saved so much through this LRP system I've actually gotten some expensive oils for free! Each to their own I guess but I never put through LRPs every month it's a choice

Zero customer service, I received my order which was not only incomplete but also the box was in pieces that had the yoga oils inside, no one is responding to my messages, i've tried several different ways to get hold of someone but nothing. For a very expensive product they treat their customers very badly. Why would I ever order anything from them again!

Beware of their false advertisements/promotions purchased an oil kit which promised going into a competition which Is point based, competition has commenced since the 1st of this month it’s now the 18th and I have yet to receive my oil kit so I can begin the competition as the competition consists of using the oils in a special technique and sending in photos to an email.I’ve been told several different excuses within the past week I’ve contacted customer service to find out that the oil in the kit is actually in fact unavailable ive called customer service for an explanation they couldn’t give me one and just told me it’s not in their department, I’ve emailed the aromatouch team and they never emailed me back hence why I’m writing this review.dōTERRA Australia why run a competition and entice people to purchase a certain kit telling them they can go into a competition and if they enrol others with the same kit they get extra points and a higher chance of wining larger prizes when in fact the kit is unavailable, screams SCAM to me I recently left young Living After there was not much support and became a wellness advocate of doterra but this is way worst I will no longer be a wellness advocate for an untrustworthy company and I will make sure to tell the rest of my colleagues, family and friends of doterras stunt!
