Thanks to the practices (especially Sudarshan Kriya) taught by The Art of Living Foundation, I experienced immediate and long-term benefits. The Art of Living Foundation
I was a highly strung person with a quick temper. As a temporary solution to this I used to smoke about 40+ cigarettes per day. (Another pack could be added if we went out drinking).After practicing the Sudarshan Kriya regularly for about a year, I suddenly stopped smoking. I now find myslef more relaxed, and don't get angry as much or as quicly as before. When I do lose my cool, I am able to return to my normal self quite quickly, as opposed to hanging on to the anger for days.My daily practice of the Sudarshan Kriya is the best personal investment I can make for myself every day.
