True Blue Spit Roast Catering

We had booked True Blue for Christmas lunch catering last year however due to Covid, we had to cancel. Allan and Narelle were so understanding that they held our payment until we re-booked again this year which we were really grateful. We had ordered the Super Spit Menu. The food was excellent, on time and delicious. The two men who were there catering looked like they've done this for so many years and nothing was an issue - they were both friendly and easygoing. Thanks so much again - we will definitely contact you again next year :)

Allan was very professional and very quick to respond to my questions. The food arrived hot and fresh and all of my guests enjoyed it. The Brisket was amazing and I loved the fact that the salads ingredients came separated which allowed me to combine to suit tastes and not have soggy salads. I also loved the attention to detail supplied by Allan such as gloves and a garbage bag. Would highly recommend True Blue Spit Roast and encourage you to support local businesses.

I ordered a True Blue Spit Roast package for my engagement party of 50 people last month. I was so pleased with their service and the quality of the food.I was a bit worried considering I had never ordered anything like before and I was unsure of how it would be packaged and kept hot. But they did do a truly wonderful job.My meat was packaged into foil trays with lids. The potatoes and garlic bread were wrapped in foil, the salads were in bags and all the condiments were given to me in their original jars/packaging. And everything was packed into big foam boxes which kept the cool items cool and the hot items amazingly hot.Thank you for a great experience! I would order from True Blue again.

Ordered for the first time based on reviews online & boy was I impressed. I gotta admit was nervous not knowing what to expect & whether I had done the right thing by going to someone/ business I had no idea about. Recently ordered a cooked bbq for 25 work colleagues to be delivered. Everything was amazing. So many compliments from the boys, food was well packed and steaming hot and delicious, they even threw in a few extras. Nothing but fantastic reviews will definitely be using again. Thanks Tru Blu

True Blue Spit Roast catering provided wonderfully for my husband’s 60th birthday party. Allan was a pleasure to deal with and he delivered the piping hot food exactly on time. I held my 50th Birthday Party aboard a boat on Sydney Harbour on 28th January, their catering options didn't really excite me. As half my party were men with huge appetites I wanted something a bit more substantial & special. The thought of coordinating a Caterer with the Boat Company with times, responsibilities etc left me feeling quite anxious. After discussing my requirements with Allan from True Blue Catering I felt instant relief. I organised to have the Super Spit Roast Buffet with extras delivered, thewhole process was easy, Allan was extremely professional, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a 30 minute window for all supplies to be dropped off at the boat, the food was delivered hot, delicious & on time. My friends and family all raved about the food, it was plentiful, fresh & delicious. Thank you so much True Blue Catering for being apart of making a wonderful successful & fabulous event happen.

I’m not one to write reviews but the owner was lovely. I’ve never used a catering service before and he took the time to explain everything and provided such a pleasant experience. The food was so good with great portion sizes and everything was hot hours after getting here. I was definitely impressed. Will be using them again! Took a lot of pressure off me for my engagement party.

We hired True Blue for an 80th birthday and we cannot recommend them enough! Food was of quality and all the guests were raving about how nice it was! Customer service and our chef was very nice and also friendly. Plenty of food and leftovers.Vegetarian lasagne was also a hit!

What can I say other than from the moment I spoke to Allan he was very helpful, communicated at all times and our food was delivered with care. As we were serving ourselves Allan assured me that the food will remain hot for 3 hours in the boxes until I was ready to serve and sure enough food was not only piping hot but delicious.Our guests were very impressed at the quality of the food and went back for several helpings!!!Thank you to Allan and the team we will definitely be utilising your services again.
