Razz Hair Studio

This was my first time getting my hair coloured. I was a bit uncertain and nervous. I spoke to Tan and she walked me through the procedure I showed her a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. She was very kind, respectful and professional. I will be coming back to this salon.

I have been a client of Jason's for almost 15 years now. I am extremely happy with the way my hair looks and feels. The staff at Razz are always friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. Jason is very passionate about what he does and wants to ensure his clients are completely satisfied with the service they receive. The studio keeps up with the latest trends so yo are sure to receive the most up to date treatments. I couldn't be happier and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving Razz a go. You will not be disappointed with the end result. In my books they are definitely a five star studio!

*WARNING! *WARNING! *WARNING! I'd brought my mom in to get some blonde highlights - and get rid of the greys. A woman named Alex spoke highly about her skills and won us over, but the results were SO awful, my mom almost burst out crying.Her hair went from a natural (uncoloured) light mousy colour to an orangey brown with black streaks where the lighter shades of natural blonde were exposed to too much peroxide!We ended up having to go to another hairdresser to repair the damage!We were quoted $280 to $300. But once the woman was finished and we were looking at the finished product, she attempted to bamboozle us by claiming the next step" was to come back and pay ANOTHER $150/$180 on another day ... to tone down the BOTCH JOB!!!!!ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!! How this place stays in business is beyond me!!!Walked out without paying and not a word out of ANY ONE OF THEM (including the MANAGER!) because they KNEW they had messed up big time!DISGUSTING ... and shameless!!!!!"

Jason and the girls are such lovely people, and they are always more than happy to share their expertise. I have been going here for years now, and I never leave disappointed! My hair was incredibly unhealthy for a period, however Jason was able to significantly improve its quality without compromising on style. All round a fantastic hair salon!

I’m so happy that Belle has now taken over my hair care!! She did a brilliant job today and I look forward to future appointments with her. Belle will most certainly have a wonderful career.

I am a long standing client of Jason's at Razz hair. I am always pleased with the service I receive & the level of care taken to achieve the results I am after. During the 8 years I have been going to Razz, I have changed my hair colour numerous times to brunette, blonde, black & red. My hair has stayed in the same condition each time due to the care that Jason has taken. I would highly recommend going to Razz if you are looking for a reasonably priced salon and one that genuinely cares for their clients. I travel at least 45 minutes to the salon because I am thrilled with the results every time.

Called to book a wet cut. Was told, we only do cut and blow dry $95. In other words, the customer has to pay through the nose for something they don't want - but what the salon decides to give them. What kind of rubbish attitude is that? I've booked elsewhere at a great salon with brilliant reviews, and charming staff.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Came in to get blonde highlights on my daughter's already mousy blonde hair. Woman left bleach in for too long. Ignored my concern as I repeatedly tried to get her attention while she was gossiping and laughing with another woman at the cash register. When she finally came back to wash it out, it was too late. She kept trying to play it down while straightening it as though it was okay. Not only was it a horrible chalky white, it was definitely thinner than before we walked into this place. Not only did my daughter have several embarrassing blisters in her scalp from the excessively negligent length of time with bleach on her head, she had a migraine for days!After not washing it for 3 days, and letting the natural curl return, there was a an abundance of broken, frizzy hair that she had not had before. Each time she brushes, it breaks furthermore. She is so unhappy and anxious when she goes out and desperate for it to grow back. Absolutely heartbreaking for a young girl! .... and I, as her mother, feel overwhelmed with guilt at putting her in the hands of these unskilled, careless women!Please be warned!
