Steve, Mick and the whole team at Kewba Pools Wyoming store we so helpful and supportive. They listened to my concerns and then offered solutions for my needs. I went home and followed the directions on what my pool needed and the pool is in the best condition it has been for years. I can't THANK the team enough for their advice and friendly service. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends.

Sent the wife down to get a part to repair my plumbing not only did she get the part but they also fit the part. All I have to do after work is install the pipe good old customer service.

I recently got my pool pump replaced through Kewba pools and found them to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They also identified some underlying issues with my filter which they fixed and the pool is running better then it ever has. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service especially from Steve the manager. Very knowledgeable and don't just sell you a bunch of chemicals each time you go in. Prices seem reasonable and the have tonnes of spare parts.

Asked to get a replacement part for my pool pump, booked in a job and was told that I'd get a call within 2 business days before the repairman came. Never received a call, when I rang them back the told me that there was a miscommunication and that they would rebook the job. Still never got a call and had to ring them a second time. Was told that I needed landlord permission. Told them that my landlord would ring within the hour and when she did ring, the job was still not booked and we received no calls yet again. I entered the store today and was told that the job was still awaiting confirmation from me.The staff at the store are all friendly but are either incompetent, lazy or both. It's a shame because they are a local business but in the end the hassle is not worth the abysmal customer service.
