Barrier Reef Pools O'Connor

Our pool was installed by Barrier Reef last winter (2021) and so this was our first summer using the pool. I wanted to wait before leaving a review to see how it is has been...and it's been the best thing we've done! David was really patient with us, came out multiple times as we worked through various options and locations and styles and us changing our minds 100 times before sign off. Then came the project managers and tradies that seemlessly came in and did their jobs and were scheduled really well. The pool is beautiful to not only look at (day & night), but more importantly to be in too. The safety ledge is great for my little kids and it keeps it heat really well. We had a couple of minor issues since installation but have been fixed without quibble, so good aftercare too. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with the entire team at Barrier Reef Pools. From the initial email enquiries, through to visiting David at the O'Connor display center, signing up for our Majestic Slimline pool, and finally installation and handover of the pool on completion. The entire team were always courteous and well mannered, eager to assist, left our site tidy, and most importantly worked to the high standards that we had heard Barrier Reef hold themselves accountable to. I would highly recommend Barrier Reef Pools to anyone looking for a fiberglass pool. I have been so impressed with their team that we are likely to use them again for pool cleaning and electrical work. We couldn't be happier!

From the moment I entered the display yard I was greeted with friendly service. David was happy to answer all my questions with professionalism and a welcoming manner. David even did a home visit to help me choose the right pool to fit our small back yard. The end result speaks for itself. Hi, we got a pool installed by factory pools perth who are owned by barrier reef pools last October. 6 weeks after the install we had concrete installed around the pool and alfresco. Shortly after the concrete install all our down pipe drains started overflowing after it rained. We found out from a tradey onsite during the install that the installers cut the downpipes then back filled the sand before we could do anything about it. They never told us they cut the pipes. After 3 months of asking them to fix this they are refusing to fix the problem. we now have rainwater going under our house probably creating sinkholes when it rains. Is there anyone on this page that has had a similar experience and how we can fix this before all the winter rain arrives?We are taking them to court but it can take some time and we don’t have time. They were extremely rude when we finally got in contact with them. Horrible company!WARNING STAY AWAY FROM BARRIER REEF POOLS AND FACTORY POOLS PERTH!

From research of the type of pool we were after through to swimming the process was very smooth with the Barrier Reef Pools team, Mark in the sales team was excellent, the manufacturing team made custom changes to a Manhattan pool for us. The installation team were thorough, on time and installed a pool that has been excellent ever since.

Supply, delivery and installation of swimming pool.From sales to final installation we had a great experience, the sales rep that visited our property helped us deciding on the best the size and location of the pool according to our needs and backyard layout. He also explained the process of council approvals and key modifications we will have to do in terms of fencing and so on. Great service. Everything went as planned and on time. There were no surprise charges or issues throughout the process. Highly recommended.

No regrets on choosing BRP Manhattan as the centrepiece for our new backyard. Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Chose the magna-pool option and so glad we did, everyone comments it's the best pool water they've ever swum in.

Barrier Reef were professional in all dealings. The wide range of pools at the showroom made choosing a pool easy, the installation team communicated the process and worked efficiently and, despite being a busy time of year, the pool was installed as per committed timeframe. We have had a summer of fun.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Sales were attentive and took the time to visit my property which no other pool company did. The installation team were really good and did a professional job. The install ran into some issues early in the process around soak-wells and plumping (which were not Barrier Reefs problem) however the team were happy to assist get these trades onsite to help with the unforeseen. Overall very happy with the outcome.

From the initial engagement and consultation with David, he was so lovely and patient, he measured out and explored many options with us.
