One of the worse facilities I ever been to. I got an appointment and was late by 10 min due to traffic, however, I noticed them that I am running late due to traffic, still canceled my appointment. I explained them I am 21.5 week for my 20 week scanning. But no hope at all. Poor customer support.

Came from Wodonga yesterday. It took 40 minutes to be seen after I arrived but the place is updated and the staff is helpful. I would return if I need to in the future. Just a far travel is all. I would recommend visiting if you are considering it though. No where in my local area was willing to do the scan until mid May and wanted to charge me for it. I needed it done sooner and the lady I spoke to on the phone was more than accomadating and willing to help ✨️

I would have no hesitation what ever in highly recommending this practice. Their staff are fantastic, so respectful and very obliging. The technicians are punctual, explain the process well and nothing is a bother in their attempts to assist you. The practice is clean, very professional and immediately puts you at ease. After seeing my local GP for the results and making an appointment with the specialist I had to phone IA up and ask for the MRI scans for the specialist. Not a problem, they downloaded them to a disk and mailed them out to me.

Slightly mixed experiences here. Most of the time you can go in without an appointment, and you will get a quick turnaround service, for example for an x-ray. Other times they will ask if you have an appointment and see if they can handle the load at that moment. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, and asking questions seems welcomed. You can pickup films yourself but doctor reports need to specially requested (2 weeks wait). This is not the case at other providers.

Each time I have had an ultrasound, it has been a positive and lovely experience. All of the staff have been fantastic, I have enjoyed each session i have gone in.

Over the past couple of months I've had to have regular ultrasounds to check on my pregnancy and their service is great! Super friendly staff who eased my fears over a bit of a difficult time. I especially love that they have an app that I can download onto my phone to view the images of my baby and send them off to whoever I want. I haven't been to another imaging place that does that before!

Today I had a cortisone injection in a C.T. Scan, & I can honestly say, I didn’t feel it.The staff were so friendly, & explained the procedure in detail, which I appreciated, as I had never had one before
