OCEAN BAY FISH AND CHIPS
Once for forgetting our order I can live with, twice is starting to become ridiculous.Tonight I phoned my order through, only to be told 25 minute wait time, that was at 6:10pm.Arrived to collect my order at 6:40pm, only to find that it hadn’t even been started & once again having to wait. That’s a total of almost an hour...What really annoyed me is that all the young staff are still telling customer’s ‘there’s a 30 minute wait’... (not a hope, try a one hour wait)..Sadly, time to find another takeaway Fish’n’Chips..Don’t just take the orders, tell your customers the real wait time... Give them the opportunity to either accept the wait or find something else..

Great fish and chips. Fresh and crunchy chips. Batter on fish is crispy. They were extremely busy but still delivered food in a timely manner.

This is an old style fish and chip shop, so don't expect a flashy store BUT the food is always fresh and great tasting.

Best fish and chips in Mornington. We have been coming for 2 years now and they are always consistent. Flake is so crisp and moist. The owner is always friendly and the young crew always work hard and are polite. Keep up the good work guys.

First time here tonight, staff super friendly, food cooked fresh and hot and for a Friday night didn’t have to wait long at all. Decent size fish and generous portion of chips very good value , I will be back, thank you
