Excellent service this morning, food and coffee superb

Service was quick, but food was rather lame,2 crumbed sausages for $7.80 . Over priced and tasted like cat food rolled into sausage and crumbed... NEVER AGAIN.

I recently conducted an experiment with this patrol station. In my car I bought fuel and paid for it. I was wearing dark glasses and my face was obscured by a large hat, nothing was said. I then tried to buy fuel wearing an open face crash helmet and normal un-tinted glasses, my face completely visible. The attendant refused to allow me to fill my bike until I remove my helmet. I filled my bike put my helmet on and went to pay. The attendant remonstrated with me about my helmet, though she could clearly see my face. I questioned her and she it was 'the policy of the management' that all helmets were removed. I asked he if she would ask me to remove a large hat and dark glasses but she had no answer. My initial reaction was to consider the sheer stupidity of 'the management'. But I realised of course that the policy is purely and simply another discriminatory one aimed at motorcyclists. I shall not be giving my custom to this petrol station and its officious attendant in the future.

Have to give big accolades to the lass working on her own last Sunday morning. So busy, cooking meals, coffees, customers lined up, and still on her own. She.must be a valuable employee. Look after her.

Don't ever stop here if in any kind of hurry.Lazy, slow staff. Multiple times I have always had to wait over a minute for fuel to even start pumping, especially when the only car on-site.Always go in to pay and counter is unattended... then when a staff member acknowledges me they still usually finish their conversation or put something in the deep fryer before meandering over to take my payment.Extremely frustrating when people actually have places to be or with pets/children waiting in the car.I usually end up just topping up my tank to get me where I need as the time wasted here is not worth the poor experience.Skip this stop and head into Yamanto instead.

Just like to say thank you to the young man who made my burger around about 22.30 on the 18/06/2021. Young father of baby twins still working and tried. Best hawianan burger I've had in years

For a servo that gets so much business (Willowbank Raceway and Amberly RAAF Base) and has a driver reviver, the amenities are ferrell (absolutely disgusting) even though you have to walk inside and get a key. Unfortunately for the men, they also have to wait in line and use the ladies toilet. Very disappointing for a highly profitable BP servo on a major highway.

The staff are very friendly and make great food! The biggest issue with my experience was I only wanted to pay for fuel. My experience had me waiting in a good service line for 10 plus minutes while people purchasing food where processed.This service station is situated right on the highway making it an optimum location for refuelling while driving long distance. 10 plus minute wait time makes this location unsuitable to refuel if your trying to minimise your refuel times.This is my opinion only but I drive from Sydney to Brisbane on a regular basis.

Burgers are horrible only meat cheese and sauce, where's the rest of it? Need some hot chips in the hot box ready to go, food is way overpriced for what it is, staff can be in a crabby mood sometimes. Otherwise sandwiches are really good and sometimes you get a free Airshow.
