Woolworths Broadwater
This is a great mini Woolworths, they stock a wide range of products including a good fruit and veg. section and roast chickens too. The prices are fair and it's nice to see that the Company hasn't inflated these because it's a Metro and there's a captive clientele living upstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and tidy; highly recommended.

The staff are friendly, the basics are available but for some very odd reason the cigarette counter has been shut down for weeks, it's absurd to me that a company with that amount of wealth seems to care very little about the customer experience, it's fixable... so why not fix it. Not a smoker? Thinking it doesn't matter to you and your? experience Think again, customers needing these services are forced to line up on only one register instore, causing a line up, confusion and a VERY long wait. Go elsewhere, Woolies Australia Fair is a far better option. I feel sorry for the staff having to hear the frustration from customers in relation to this, it's not their fault. Get your act together Woolies.

I would highly recommend this store on Google Maps! The product selection is excellent, everything is well organized, and the quality is delicious. The best part is that the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you stay nearby.

I've noticed that almost everybody like your CHEESE CHIVE TRIANGLES, me included of course. Would be possible to have the triangles CLOSED?. Again and again they are sitting there smiling" to customers. There is a health issue in cooking hot food and then sell it open.Re Selling cigarettes

This is absolutely the best store. The management and staff are so caring and supportive. My husband is seriously ill and was recently in hospital for a serious procedure when someone broke in to our locked garage and stole his new mobility scooter. I went into the store to do my weekly shop and as usual everybody asked after our welfare. I was upset and told them what had happened. The next day when I was there again the management and staff presented me withflowers and chocolates. So grateful for their support.Such a great store .

This 5 stars are only for the supervisor Alexandria who is lovely to deal with and also alwz happy to help customers.And on the other hand the other guy tall who normally at the self checkout is super rude.Wish they had more ppl like alexandria
