I started seeing Natasha earlier this year and I can honestly say I’ve made the most progress with her than I have in all my years of seeing mental health professionals. Their office is also in a great/convenient location.

I got my Audhd diagnosis with blackbird and I wanna applaud the practice for their work. The receptionists are super kind and always willing to elaborate on things with the utmost patience, and accomodate my needs. Marcus is really awesome and made me feel super comfortable, and Eamonn is understanding and easy to talk to. I found them through Natasha’s tiktoks. All in all they made a really nerve wracking experience a lot easier.

I've been seeing James fortnightly for roughly 6 months. I have found him to be a very compassionate psychologist with a comprehensive understanding of borderline personality disorder. From a person to person perspective, he offers an LGBTQ safe space and nerdy banter that made me feel comfortable to be myself. As a psychologist, he has shown understanding and professionalism during panic attacks and dissociative episodes, and kept me anchored in reality through mindfulness and DBT exercises.James made the gruelling process of finding help worthwhile. Highly recommend him.

Having spent years trying different psychologist offices around Sydney and feeling that they weren't the right fit, I believe that I have finally found a place that I can truly recommend to others. Eamonn has been providing me with excellent care now for several months, and both he and James have great communication skills that makes appointment management easy and stress free.
