The Optometrist is fantastic, attentive and friendly, very skilled. 5 stars.Service however is lack lustre. Unable to quote lenses on the spot, and ask you to call back for prices. Make you feel like a nuisance for calling back. Are unable to quote without becoming confused, while assuring you that all the staff are expertly trained in optical and have worked in the industry for many years.Wearing glasses since 14 years old, never encountered a process like this. Disappointed.
