Excellent fast, helpful and informative service from people obviously experienced in the complicated and broad issue of leaking showers. Clean efficient and we are pretty confident they have found the fault in the drain pipe. Time will tell.

I always have concerns with trades, but I chose to go with them because they seemed to offer many different solutions.We had Johnathan come out to view our suspected shower leak. He worked quick, but not in a way he was rushing, more he knew what he was doing. He was friendly and knowledgeable, advise us of the steps to take. Long story short it was a previous issue and didnt need any attention at the moment. He gave further advice and did not try to sell anything, I was quite impressed (since there was no call out fee). Overall thought is that Johnathan/the business, try to build a good relationship so you have confidence and trust in them. This is what quality service is about!I would be happy to contact this business again and recommend to other people.

Jonathon from The Shower Doctor was very helpful with a quote for our pebble style tiles. Craig re-grouted our shower and bath. It looks brand new again. Very happy.

Overpriced, low quality, broken promises. Pictures for evidence.We needed a new disposal, shower regrouted and waterproofed. Went with these guys because they promised the world. They were more expensive but said the competitors weren't doing the same level of quality and I was tricked into believing I would be getting an A+ effort backed by guarantees.During the sales pitch, one of the things Johnathan talked about was how thin the grouting other companies did was, to quote Johnathan anything less than 4mm grouting around the disposal was indicative of a poor installation and would disintegrate".So I was really surprised and disappointed by the job they did which was very uneven and narrowed to around 1mm in sections. I asked them to come out and inspect the work

He was incredibly professional and generous with his advice, time and knowledge. We were recommended to The Shower Doctor by our property managers to provide a quote for a bathroom repair. They were quick to get back to us, priced fairly and clearly for the work, and were able to accomodate a larger renovation than originally anticipated. I found them easy to deal with and communicate with, honest and reliable.As with any renovation we had a few challenges throughout the process, however The Bathroom Doctor’s were quick to respond to any issue that arose, solutions oriented, and went the extra mile to ensure a good result.Managing the process remotely from interstate was made particularly easy by their online documentation and project management software. It allowed us to keep track of the renovation, see daily progress photos and have all the information easily accessible from our phone or computer.All the staff I had dealings with were great, and very helpful. Furthermore the quality of the work, as I could see from the photographs seemed to be of a top standard.Overall I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced one stop shop for bathroom renovations and repairs. Thanks to the team for doing a great job with our renovation, and for ensuring the process start to finish was stress free.
