Australia Post - Smithfield West LPO

The owner of this PO is so rude. A few staff members also very unprofessional. I was sending out parcels for my small business and the owner suggested that he can tape both of the boxes together that was getting sent to the same address if I didnt want to pay double the fee ( which I did not mind). He did not allow me to do it myself as I said to serve the next person and took the boxes off me and messily wrapped the two boxes together with clear tape (ruining the packaging look). See all good" and then chucked it in the posting box* Very disappointed. SO RUDE. Never again. Who do you think you are. Hope this PO gets reported very soon! unacceptable."

Worst Post Office. Unprofessional, unclean and unorganised. Only one worker. Said he’s coworker had covid and he himself is sick so he isn’t well today. Yet he wasn’t wearing a mask. And no sanitiser in the entire post office. I’ve never left a review for a post office before. But keep having bad experiences at this one I just had to.

Rude customer service. Old man is rude, but not as bad as the boot leg vin diesel, trash service, trash manners, trash in general. Peasant was chucking envelope at the counter with his third world arrogant attitude. Not sure how they are still in business.

the most rude staff ever. it was an older man, i was paying for a bill and had it all in cash in which when he saw, made a sly comment saying what am i going to do with all that cash?". my dad had given me the money so i wanted to count it as i gave to him in which he kept saying "i have a machine the machine can count it". machines are not always accurate

The father and his son most disrespectful and most unprofessional people i have ever seen working at a Australian Post !!! So disappointed all they do is just yell at you

Very helpful. The gentleman behind the counter is always ready to help. Has a great sense of humor, and I am happy every time. All post office services are available here. I needed passport photos, it was really busy, and he asked me to take a seat, when the que had settled he got me my photos, and also helped us lodge our documents.

Absolutely disgusting service and attitude by the owner. Went in there to ask for JP services he started yelling at me that he only does it on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and then said he will charge me if I wanted him to do it today [friday] I’m 100% sure it’s illegal for a jp to charge to provide jp services so I will be making a formal complaint. You will be hearing from someone very soon! I was so embarrassed and walked out in tears. He verbally attacked me and that is not on. Where are your customer service skills.

The worst post office you will ever visit. The man working here acts like you being there is the biggest inconvenience to his life.

Terrible service. Threw my license at me. Couldn’t find my parcel even though it was right in-front of him. When I asked for the manager he called me a liar and was so rude. Worst PO ever. Better take your business somewhere else. Never been treated like this at a PO before.
