Purchased a 2x30L Brabantia Bo bin in Black for $99. It’s usually a $400+ bin so I should’ve realised it was too good to be true.Around 13 hours later got an email saying someone had bought the last black bin earlier that day, apologised and refunded my money.I called them up and spoke with Vicky. I explained they had the Platinum colour also selling for $99 and would like them to send me that instead. She explained the Platinum is no longer on discount and is now $400+ like the other colours.I asked them to honour the price for the Platinum from 14 hours prior, but after speaking with her boss he flat out refused. Saying there’s nothing they could do.What a poor service. Sounds like they made a mistake on the price, and instead of admit that and have to honour it, they came up with some story about no stock.I will be contacting Consumer Affairs to consider if I have any legal options as I have screenshots of the pricing. They effectively entered into a contract when I pressed purchase, and then bailed.

Very nice products and friendly service. It took a bit longer to delivery but it’s understandable that all freight go slow cus Covid. Nice packing.

The same thing happened to me that Alex posted about previously. I purchased an item on Catch, which Choicenter then refunded me shortly after as it was an error" and a brand they apparently don't stock. If you go on their direct website
