Fruits and vegetables used are very low quality. I saw the the guy putting carrots with black stains. I don’t understand what are they boosting. Immunity or something else.

Level 5 - Very deceitful upselling. A disgusting way to run a businessI ordered 2 drinks without asking for any modifications. The lady says “do you want fresh pineapple?, it’s very delicious”I’m like yeah sure whateverAnd she added extra things that I didn’t even ask forEnded up paying an extra $9 for 2 drinks. What a disgusting way to deceive people into paying more. At least mention it’s going to cost extra, especially when you are suggesting the modifications, and the customer is assuming it’s for free.Never coming back here again.

Level 2 Boost - Staffs were rude and seemed untrained, especially the new guy in the sailor hat. He forgot to add sorbet into my juice and had to add it in after blending everything, so my juice had bits of ice from the sorbet which was added in the end and the juice tasted off. Not sure if the proportions of the other ingredients were wrong as well.Long line, perhaps due to level 5 Boost being temporarily under renovation so there’s only 1 Boost in Westfield currently. The machine for self ordering doesn’t work as well, it doesn’t scan your membership card.

I love boost! But the drinks here in parramatta is soo bad, I could literally taste bad strawberries and it’s all water. Even my friends watermelon crush tasted like water. It was her first time trying and a big disappointment…

Handy location if you come from Church St or Parramatta station. I came today and they gave out $5 VIB boost card so you get free drink faster. Their 'mango magic' is yum!

Ordered original size boost. Been waiting in the line. After observing, none of the costumers in front of me got a FULL cup. Regardless the size they ordered, there is always a shortage of amount. Also including my boost. So disappointing! Each and every single cup they cut corners! Will never come back to this one again!

Level 2 - the staffs are grumpy and unfriendly, especially the chubby girl at the counter. They look like they are forced to do their job and no one cares to smile at once. I even got choked from the fresh juice that I bought as they didn't blend the mango properly. Such an unpleasant experience!
