After 17 years of supporting this local supplier Very disappointed with the current lack of customer service. Despite no notification this would happen, the final straw was discovering my large order would have to be collected (not delivering to small businesses, only pubs and clubs) meaning a 40 minute drive each way. Found an alternative online supplier and all items delivered to my door.

Worst consistent service I’ve come across in 20 yrs. Totally unhelpful on ph and in person. Only allow pickups 2 mornings a week then when you turn up told come back in an hr if ya wanna pay on card. Place was unattended, and when staff arrived it was obvious that the customer was to much trouble/not welcome. Opposite of good service when they could have delivered the product as they are in lakes all the time and picked up a new account. Deplorable.
