Worse massage I’ve ever had, booked in and they had nothing organised spent most of the paid time attending to other guest’s coming in and out of the shop so my time was not the full one hour that was paid for will never be going back

I woke up in pain in my neck and tried numerous things to fix it and decided to try and book for a massage.The girls at Ume were great and the massage better. The lady that did my massage was gentle but not too gentle and knew the sore points on my neck and back to focus on.I left being able to move my neck without alot of pain, while there is still stiffness in my neck and some pain, I feel like it will get better.I definitely recommend this place!

This place has great reviews but my experience was not so greatI dont have a problem if someone doesn't speak a lot of English but your staff need to be able to understand basic EnglishI tried to explain my back issues and both girls couldn't understand that i have bad oesteo arthritis and care need to be takenUnfortunately my experience was not greatMy husband had a massage and he was reasonably happy with hisWe probably wouldn't come back
