Ordered a KFC original tender crunch bowl about 7pm tonight through the drive thru and just wow .. nearly $10 for basically 2 and a half nuggets and a small handful of slaw. No tortilla chips. I understand not liking your job but seriously? This isn’t what I paid for.

This has been one of the worst KFC stores apart from Wynnum store since its beginning. Recently thought we'd try again on the way to the movies and every one of our chips were only 3/4 full, all.of our chicken popcorn were only half full. It's the biggest rip off, avoid like the plague! We're paying good money for this food and expect it to be full to the packagings proper capacity. Avoid, Avoid Avoid.

The tables were filthy.When approaching the staff to ask they wipe down a table, was completely ignored. Another customer even commented on how rude it was and how grotty the place was. It wasn't busy, there's no reason for that state of the tables. Changed to a take out order in the end because the tables were so bad.

Hoping for 3rd time lucky. Twice we had delivery and was missing food ordered! Decided to pick up tonight and still forgot the nuggets. Phoned and was told firstly if I’d checked the box! Then if I wanted to drive back they would give them to me or I could have a voucher emailed. Still waiting on the voucher. Lucky maccas is now around the corner.

Terrible service and food. Don’t visit!! Went through drive through and was told that chicken tenders would be a 5 minute wait, so I pulled over to the car park. 15 mins later and no food, so I walked inside and was told that they did not have chicken tenders and would it be ok to substitute for a piece of chicken. I agreed and 10 mins later I received the full order. Got home to discover that my daughter’s 2 piece meal was cold and soggy chips and the tenders were nothing I’d seen before. Chewy and gross. Could not eat. Waste of money and I’ll never go there again.

Below average quality of meal, the drive through service is fairly quick but meal portion including zinger burger was tiny and the chicken wings came of an undersized sparrow.I have tried this KFC for more than 5 times there is always something to worry about the quality of food. Few days ago i bought a family pack the drumsticks were soggy, over cooked and overly salty, the chips were soggy as well.This is by far the second worst KFC experience after the Noosa Heads KFC.Can't recommend.

The place was an embarrassment. It was so dirty. I had my Grandkids with me as a treat & I had to tell them not to touch the tables. The floors were disgusting. This was my 1st time to your new store & definitely will not pick up again inside.

Average to below average quality for KFC. Chips were kinda soggy and cold.Had to go back and ask for the rest of my meal, they had to recheck the computer to see what it was meant to have.Had to go back again to ask for serviettes, was only given one.Tables were dirty.Overall pretty happy experience, encouraging me to eat healthier and not get KFC again.

Ordered zinger burger at 10:20 (so it should be fresh), the fillet was gross and almost like a chewy squishy texture and the crumbing just peeled off as if it was cooked when the oil wasn’t at temp yet, ended up throwing the fillet away and having a chip burger instead..
