A wonderful way to learn how to do yoga!

Slightly disappointed by response to even try and book a class. So I need to preface this by saying that this is not a review on the studio or the actual class because it actually never got to that stage.Attempted to book a private class for a dear one who suffers from bad anxiety/depression. Took me three tries (after having sent a very open note with the issue at hand to the main teacher) to even get a response and then all I was told is that they no longer give private classes and the suggestion was to have them join an existing class and just show up between 5:30/6 a.m. some time in September. Clearly, someone who suffers from bad anxiety is unable to do that and I found that suggestion very ill thought through and it made me wonder if there is actually a real understanding of what someone with anxiety deals with.And the only reason I am even mentioning that is that on their website it specifically says to write in if someone wants to book a private class or if they deal with anxiety and would rather not be part of a group.So again, this is not a review on the actual classes and for all I know, it may be a delightful place - but as an initial impression, not that great.

An authentic and beautiful studio. Aaron's teaching is clear, assured and connected with tradition. The intensity of the students to their practice is a reflection of that teaching. Thanks.
