Store is hit and miss depending on the day and which staff you get. Most staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while others seem to think customers are a burden (I've only had one staff member act like this). Most of my experiences have been positive but it's pretty clear that the store is understaffed on some pretty busy days making it near impossible for the staff on the floor to help everyone out effectively. I'd recommend going in outside of peak hours if you'd like a bit of help with products. Prices seemed fair but management could probably roster on an additional staff member for peak times.

I bought a pair of runners yesterday at the shopping center in Mandurah. The service we received from Peter was outstanding. Peter had fantastic product knowledge and great customer service. I had two shops I could have bought these shoes from and I can't recall which shop was cheaper. The decision to buy them at Jimm Kidds was purely because of the service we received from Peter.

I recently purchased your shoes from Jim Kidd Mandurah forum (WA) with the intent to “treat myself” for my nursing Placements, I bought them on the 29th March 2021, I started wearing them around the house to ‘build them in so they don’t hurt for the placement.’ My sister has purchased the same product and she said they are fantastic, that is why I bought them! I went into the forum store to ask to exchange them. The team member said that they will need to contact Jim Kidd To check if they are faulty, the next day they rang me and very bluntly said that “you have purposely ripped them” I don’t want my money back. I just want a new pair because now I can’t shower patients wearing them as they aren’t water proof.

The young man that served us was amazing with my grandson, whom takes a 13 shoe.

Advertising ½ price off ticketed price on new balance shoes. I therefore found ones on the rack i liked and my size. The box was marked $50, therefore should be $25 as the sign said. i took to the register and the very rude lady called Rebecca said that its $50, i replied no they should be $25 as its ½ price off ticketed price. she said yes that $50. i explained again to her about the advertising and she laughed at me and said I'm not doing them for $25. you gonna buy them? I said well yes i need them but you should check your advertising as this is false advertising. She then pushed them to me and just began serving another customer then turned to me and was like we got no bags and just ignored me.worst customer service ever, worst attitude of staff. i wouldn't of minded if she was nice and apologised and said we must if made a mistake, but took no responsibility.I have reported this to Jim Kidd and not heard anything back.

A friend & I shopped at the Clearance store where we were attended by a lovely lady named Donna. My friend has an intellectual disability and Donna was absolutely amazing with him and very accommodating of his needs. Great customer service...job well done:-)
