I bought 3 items for my granddaughter which were fine but paid $7.95 for each of the 3 items to be Christmas gift wrapped.Which I thought being Myer they will come wrapped lovely. Not only they are wrapped so awful but it looks like butcher paper. Not impressed Myer you have ripped me off. Please re-think on what you charge and who is doing your wrapping. Obviously now I will have to re-wrap.

Worst customer service, I was here today around 1.30pm in the Polo Ralph section. I liked a Polo and want to know if there is a medium size. The girl and the guy who were very busy talking in Ralph section ignoring all the customers told me that’s the only one available. I asked if they can check if any other store has the stock and the girl immediately replied “Check David Jones”. This is the worst work ethics, you working for Myer and asking me to go another shop without even checking your stock. Do something Myer Brisbane CBD.

MYER STORE IN BRISBANE CBD FEELS A BIT TIREDMyer is a well-known departmnet store operating across Asutralia. Arguably it's Melbourne city store is its flagship and this one in Brisbane just feels a bit empty and in need of a refresh.It operates over 4 floors in a building on the Queen St mall.Lifts and escalators throughout so people with mobility issues will have no trouble.Toilets in store on various levels.

$829.99 for a King size quilt. Not yet marked down in their closing sale in Brisbane. No wonder their sales were poor and thus they couldn't afford the rent. You can't blame the economy when you offer products and prices just for the wealthy. Its only the quilt! Footnote. The web page has a bed quilt that retails for $1,199 sadly I don't think I could justify the sheets or the pillowcases. Will you miss Myers in the mall?

After repeated attempts to get attention of any staff member in the women's shoes department. I managed to flag down someone who was actively avoiding any eye contact with any possible customer and ask for the shoe I was interested in.She came back to me and informed that the only pair in my size were the display.Said pair had the price STAPLED to to sole.When I asked about the treatment of the shoe, she simply expected me to pull it out and, deal with it.She quickly turned down the sale instead of offering any form of anything.

The staff are mostly nice and they're trying their best. It can be pretty difficult to find someone. But everything is nicely presented and it's quite nice to shop here. Would prefer if they paid better attention to the ethics of their supply chain.

I love browsing this Myer. Always pleasant staff & good well stocked quality fashion selections. They have a great Miss Shop with on point fashion & gym wear. Also the Forever New & Review are personal favourites

I bought something online accidentally that technically couldn’t be returned but Josh at the hub customer service in the menswear area on level 3 was really kind and understanding of my situation. He helped me exchange the product.I’m really happy with the exceptional customer service that I have always received at the city Myer centre!Some of the reviews below are a bit ridiculous.One guy is complaining about paying $829 for a king size down quilt. Hello? Duck or goose down is difficult to source and is very expensive. Why don’t you just buy a much cheaper blanket like polyester?! What does this particular store have to do with nationwide set prices that you have to give them a bad review? It’s like trying to buy a Ferrari and then complaining about the price.People should really think before they post negative reviews.Yes this store is a little dated in their design but it always has everything. Most staff are good people and most people try their best to be helpful, professional etc.Yes sometimes you’ll get bad service but for every 1 rude worker there’s 10 nicer ones out there.Just be a bit more kind people jeez

Myer can be a bit hit and miss. It's never worth buying things full price, as they are on sale every second week.My Wife always says their buying agents need a review because their clothes are awful.I find the men's wear is so-so, and a lot are very over-priced. The worst sale is the buy one get one 50% off - I absolutely hate this offer!! Just give me one at a decent price instead of trying to get multiple sales in a transaction. When I see this deal, I literally walk away.
