Australian Windows Coverings recently installed good quality shutters for us at a great price. From a tricky measure (Joe) to install and coordination Kylie, Viv and the team were all terrific, working to a tight deadline they over delivered - thanks so much - would use again without hesitation cheers Phil and Leonie

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I got from Australian Window Covering. The sales rep (Paul) was reliable, helpful and really knew the products well, giving great advice. The work was completed within the timeframe, communication was great, price was very competitive and the installer (Abi) was skilled and quick. Amazing service all round!

Finally dealing with professionals and people who deliver as expected. Quote process was quick and easy, every thing explained in detail and great communication. Viv asked lots of questions to ensure the installation would be completed as expected. Viv kept me informed along the way and provided removal of old curtains and rails. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roller blinds.

Terrible experience.The first lots of shutter had been measured wrong so did fit when they came to install them. I rang two months later to be told they had not been reordered. I left two phone messages and an email before I got a response. They came to remeasure and then I was told they had been ordered and due in two weeks. Four weeks later the new blinds are installed and are the wrong colour and a cheaper version of the first ones. I contacted the reception and sent photos but have had no response or apology.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. After the initial promises that were made my honeycomb blinds were finally fitted. Viveka comes across as a nice professional initially, however their installation of defective products has caused me years worth of inconvenience and misery. Viveka does not answer texts, calls or emails. When you finally get hold of him after contacting too many times, he is full of strange and pathetic excuses. I have had ongoing issues with these blinds that are supposed to be under warrantee. One after another they jam up and stop working. Then after chasing them, they might come out and fix them 5-7 months later if you are lucky. I am a careful and meticulous person and have treated the blinds with TLC. Viveka and staff do not offer any after sales service what so ever, as was initially promised. This company will drive you mad with their inattention, arrogance and total contempt of their loyal clients. I do not want anyone else to experience this horrible suffering, contemptuous treatment and waste of precious time.And no Viveka, you have not fixed the issues!You brought cheap blinds and installed those that I did not want and on other windows that I did not want. Your communication has been quite awful,. As I said.....never, ever again with your feeble company!

DONT USE!! All lies. I had my wet areas installed with plantation shutters which the two rooms profile and measurements were wrong. Paid up front and the owners lied about re ordering them with broken promises. Missed calls, no text back even though you’re playing the nice guy seems like the only way is to be straightforward. the owner says all the right things though is full of it. The only way I could get my money back was to get in contact with Consumer Affairs. If you do choose to use them be aware because if you spend a little extra you’ll get what you paid for

I would highly recommend Australia window covering they were excellent to deal with the sales person was great and patient when I was deciding what colour or blind to use. The quote was a great price compared to my other quotes. And the guys that came out to install my blinds and Planatation blinds did an amazing job installing both lots of blinds I just couldn’t fault them.Great job guys!

Fantastic company, the quality of the blinds are excellent.They drove 3 and half hours away to give me a quote for our whole house and it was all made in a week.I highly recommend this company! 10 stars to them.
